Former Scots Guards NCO Stuart Walker, 37, was shocked to see a picture of himself in uniform outside Buckingham Palace on a poll leaflet.
Beside it, implying he would back the racist party in the Euro elections, were words criticising kit shortages and soldiers being “abused” by Muslims.
Stuart, who left the Army in 1997, first knew about it when it dropped through a relative’s letterbox. The dad-of-two, now a corporate manager in London, said he rang the BNP’s offices to complain and was told to “f*** off”.
He told The Sun: “I was completely outraged when I saw this leaflet. I think they got the photo off a website and the quote they’ve made up. They are scumbags and I’d never vote for them in a million years.”
The BNP is also reported to have used shots of US actors and Italian OAPs to represent British voters.

One less issue
for the conference suits to stress their free lunches over then as Hampton and Richmond lost to Hayes and Yeading.Is the H&R ground up to scratch to stay in the BSN or are their prawn sandwiches just so good that the are beyond reproach ..

Demotion
Why will the appeal fail because the rules clearly state about turnstiles,floodlights and technical areas & in fact all of the other issues we have failed on ..
The rules were there last year for all to see.
Did we really expect to be spoon fed information that has been readily available by simply doing a google search for longer than we have needed to know it.
Common sense may prevail about the other issues and the floodlights but the technical areas and the turnstiles could of been done with little disruption to the club ..
This is a big time Fail by the directors of the club .. Naive ? My polite view.
They have failed themselves unless this is what they wanted and have failed the supporters in a major way .. but then again do they really care about the supporters.
Nero fiddles while Rome burns .. kinda fits doesn't it ...
Lets hope they press for the issue of what league we will be put in to be resolved quickly so that the question of a manager and players for next season task can be tackled at speed.
Personally i care not for what league we go into,they both have pros and cons that cancel each other out.Maybe the Unibond is more winnable if we can get a half decent squad on a sensible budget.
The Reserves
I went to the last game of the season and again they played some good flowing football. I would guess that this has been their undoing at times this season in a league that does lean to the physical.
Well done on winning the Norfolk Senior cup.I couldn't get to the game but by all accounts it was more than deserved. I love the fact it was against the cloggers of the broads.
I am also more than glad that my prediction of relegation just failed to occur.Relegation would of in my opinion meant that the Reserves were nearly rendered of no use to the club in terms of contributing to the first team, although we will be a step nearer them again in the next week or so.
I will admit that the reserves do try and play the game the right way & getting Kevin Leggett in to steady the ship all be it at a cost while Lee Hyde was still not fit was clever.
Steve Lilley the way forward . ? Jury out ? but staying up was achieved .
Reaction to the departure of Uncle Keith
Let's get this right from the start he did not resign at all, he left the club after he failed to agree a new contract.The same with Lee Glover he was simpy released from his contract.
Can you please send me on a postcard Mr Glover's ( I didn't know him well enough to call him Lee) contribution to the club over the last 2 and a half years apart from taking a grossly inflated wage that helped towards our financial problems.
Back to Uncle Keith. what to say that I have not said before.

So what a day it has been ... Demoted for not doing what the conference asked by the deadline set ..Would we of escaped this if a brick had been laid before the start date ...
Did we expect the league to make us an exception .. Really ?? With Dennis Strudwick in charge this was not a reality ..
We do not house a local regional FA either ...
The rules like or hate them are there.
It matters not that other clubs seem to flout them and get away with this,
It is all about us , we were set a task and failed to communicate to the taskmasters what was going on if we had a problem ... But then Communication is a long term problem at Kings Lynn FC.
Good on the council for fighting our cause ..
A simple question is how long has the money been available from the council for the job ?
Has it just appeared as the problem came to a head ?
or has it been there to do the job for a few months ?
I do not for one iota believe that the board did not expect this situation to happen.
There is simply no one else to blame for this situation & no way to spin it better.

Keith Webbs Leaving Party
As most well all bar two can't/won't go to Liverpool for the last game of the season we decided to have a small party for the Tic Tac Genius ... So the Twiglets and Onion Rings were purchased along with other party finery and despite the football being dire again a good time was had by all that joined in.The Balloons soared and roared,poppers popped... Shapes were made with balloons .. kids amused and Hats defaced ... Silly string hit people in the eye and banners were erected with the Banks finest sellotape. All in all we know how in my finest Frank Gallagher voice "how to throw a party"......

Last home game of the season played out in exactly that who gives a monkey style by the players.Well the 800 plus fans did and have done all season but who gives a fuck about them anyhow?
Pride ... a word that a footballer doesn't know the meaning of anymore.
Yeah i do hear that they haven't been getting paid regularly but still giving your all for the paying public would be a good.Perhaps the fans should write references for the next employer of these so called footballers.If payment is an issue then the players should of been taking the issue up with the PFA and then the FA, perhaps this would of encouraged the board of directors to start putting their house back in some kind of financial order.
Just how far up the financial creek without the proverbial paddle are we?
I suspect that we are very close to going over the waterfall and that the branch is being grabbed at with ever slippery hands.
A mountain of rat infested rubbish in the corner.. is this just the tip of the bills that have not been paid ? The council owned Lynnsport not paid all season ? A water bill paid 2 months late ?
I would like to boldly suggest that in all honestly that the club is close to sinking..
But then we do have the Chase led band of Gentleman's club slowly ambling to the rescue ... Laugh ? I would do if it was remotely funny ...

Hinckley Away
For the first time in a long long time i am missing a game simply because i just cannot be bothered to go.All the issues were sorted to go but late last night i simply decided i have had enough this season.It was been for the most part dross and the rest has been pretty much junk and yet we are still comfortably safe from relegation woes.. What does that say about the level of football and the league itself.What could we have done with a half competent manager and an assistant (do we need an assistant and more to the point can we afford a non playing assistant?)
I cannot wait for the season to be over and some more false hope to appear over the horizon to lighten the mood again which may last until November.
Should i wish time away?Probably not .. but we all do it now and again.
Good luck to all that make the effort and i really do wish that we come away with a good performance and a storming win.
My support is still there in spirit but the soul needs some recovery time.

Anyone else question why he took the penalty ... He snatched the ball from whoever had picked it up and clung to it for dear life. My view is that he wanted to finish his final season with us with a final goal.
If so what a poor piece of penalty taking.Why did he not put his laces through the ball ?

If there was ever a case for getting a refund at a football match then yesterday can be used as evidence in any civil case.
Another change of formation that again did not work... Was it worked at in the 20 minute training session in the week or was it thrown at the players as the arrived at one thirty using the flipchart and invisible ink.
Alfreton outworked us all over the pitch and there was only ever going to one result from the game, with the final score of 4-0 being about right.
Good Luck to them if they stay in the play offs.
It is just not possible to criticise individuals as so many forgot to turn up.
Normally at this time of season we are worried that we won't retain any of the squad..this year is so different in that i can only name a few that i would keep.
It is car boot clearance time for most of our squad.
News reaches me that a Party is being planned for Next Saturday... When i know more i will pass on the details.

I see that KW issued an apology for the inept performance at Fleetwood .... my my my .. it must of been really awful as some the dross i have witnessed this year needed a grovelling apology instead of the ready made cliched excuses that normally followed.

I never made it up to the suburb of Blackpool... with many of the lads staying up there for the weekend it gave me an excuse to dip out of the game.The good thing is hopefully the alcohol in their veins kept out both the cold and also the utter dross that I hear we were by third party text,
Roll on the end of the season and at least we can regroup hopefully under new management who do actually talk to their players ... I have on absolute authority that KW doesn't.
He also has a dressing room scapegoat for each game .. never mind the fact that most of the time it is his own fault... It may surprise some that the only time he spoke top Joe Francis was to blame him for everything including the roadworks on the A47 in front of all in the dressing room .. Man Management to simply marvel at !! The newest culprit of this is Mr Fisk.
A change of subject is the fact that i sampled the reserves again.With a side loaded with several A-team players they put in a solid enough performance against a team that are bottom of the league and in the end scraped a victory with a goal from the stand out player of the game "Chas Defty".The visitors could feel a bit hard done by as they hit the bar twice.Valuable points in which is a very important relegation battle.
Roll on the 26th of April and the season is all over at first team level.

Droylsden Away On a Monday Night ...
It is a long while since i have watched a live game on a Monday in real vision instead of on a box in the corner,no fancy HD LCD multi purpose flat screen in Orange Towers...just a very big box in the corner that appeared on my doorstep one morning.
A Simple scenic journey in a wonderful 9 seater vehicle that its technically a minibus but is as far removed from that concept as can be achieved.A few stops for the King due to his ineffective bladder control and the 99p a pint IPA in the Lattice.That tenner went a long way for him ... just as well really as he got finally nailed for a round later in the day....Yes i did just say that,he really did and it involved 5 drinks...The forklift Guy will be Mighty annoyed that he missed out.
The music for the journey up was dance and then the new Lily Allen lp which is very good and we concluded that we all would if we had too.Must of been the altitude of Woodhead!!
Arrived in Manchester just gone 7 & found a great old school pub next to the ground..not the Butchers Arms the other one ... The game escapes me at the minute but it was a Joseph Holt Pub and the beer was great and cheap... A Pint of Bitter was £1.85 and real .. none of this John Smiths junk.This is the pub where the King Finally got guilted into buying a round. Dagger eyes were thrown at us all but the beer was the best pint i have had for years & 5 drinks still only cost him less than £9.
The Ground is not the best but does have a cracking clubhouse . It is an old school ground with a multi purpose stand that has the changing rooms underneath.. Standard stuff.. One end covered and the head ( i can bore you all to death with my droning voice and now we do know all about Glossop and how to get to Vauxhall motors) steward said that the residents would not let them build on the other end ... Guess they didn't want the view from their Council style terrace houses ruined ... Bloody nimbys get everywhere. Probably let you build a windfarm though!!
The game ...We played well in the first half and their goalkeeper had to look sharp on a couple of occasions as did Howie as well and then against the run of the play they scored with a well hit deflected goal.The half time team talk must of hit the spot as we failed to come out second half and let them swarm all over us .. Just as well their finishing was poor... and maybe had a couple of half chances in the last 5 mins to get what would of been in all honesty an undeserved draw.
The journey home was full of Tunes of the highest Quality .. The Jam-All Mod cons lp,Dexys-Searching for the lost soul rebels,Terry Hall and then Pama International ...Well i thought so and everyone else slept.
A Question,Why are there no English Chippies in South West Manchester?I dont want chinese chips or pizza, curry or kebabs but English Chips.Sort it out.
My Regret of the Night was upon passing the Shitty City Eastlands that i didn't empty my bladder upon it, but then again why waste good Urine.27 years and all that.
