So Earnshaw has left Narwich under his contract for a pittance and they have taken back Cureton as a replacement.That should guarantee another season of fighting relegation for Norfolk's second best team. At least Henderson has got out of the place and can now get a chance to prove his worth and progress in the game.Ryan Jarvis should get out of there as well before he is left to rot.

The end of June is nearly upon us which means as well as the plainly obvious that it's July and also that half the year is gone and we are getting close to the commercial hell of Christmas.It means that the smoking ban is about to start.
