A True Story and a Rant

Once upon a time three out of work mid fifties men had to attend a job club style learn new skills course. When they got to the course their task for the day was top design a poster using the computer and all that entailed.With the best group winning an afternoon at Strikes Bowling Alley.The three guys got stuck into the task and their poster was judged as being the best so they celebrated and proceeded to look forward to their prize.....
BUT .. cue drumroll... the prize was then cruelly denied them.......
Why?
I hear you cry......
Because they were too big for Planet Zoom?
Their feet were too big for the shoes?
They found a company that wasn't ageist to give them a job?

NO,you are all wrong ... they were denied the reward because the job club had no one that could chaperone the three grown up fully able men to the Bowling Alley.
Heath and Safety/risk assessment rules meant this had to be the case for the trip to go ahead.
What is going on in this overly PC,blame/claim world ??

On the subject of stupidity I noticed today that Blogger had removed one of my posts without even e-mailing me(the post did contain a link to a song but the link was not obvious and was not even promoted).... MUPPET OVERKILL TWATS..both the record company and blogger.That is the last time I give that Brazilian group a mention on my blog...
