Hinckley at Home

A Superb crowd that the Leicestershire inbreds could only dream of were treated to the poorest overall display by Kings Lynn this season in which they still showed glimpses of excellence. The Game contained some lovely flowing football with Francis involved in most of it,more inept personal defending for the goal that we conceded and then long ball "hoof" crap when the ideas ran out 25 minutes from the end.The last part of that is unacceptable and when a crowd gives the second largest cheer (all be it ironic) of the afternoon for a pass out along the ground surely the management must realise this."Keep Passing the ball" says Uncle Keith in the programme, if that is that you want then get players that will do this or the crowds will soon go down to Hinckley level.
Yesterday was another two points dropped against a very average opposition because we could not finish off chances. It was fair enough to start with DB and Jack but if you must bring JJ on then at least give him the ball.Francis our best first half player was also starved of the ball second half.
The midfield yesterday was poor.Where was Sedgemore? Given the day off to do a radio show?On yesterday's display Bridgewater is not up to controlling the midfield on his own, simple as.
The right back position ... umm much has been said on this topic but most of it is coming home to roost. Charlie D is not good enough at the minute, he does his best and a lot can be said for that but we need better.I am sure that he is left footed as well.
Will John Turner be back on Saturday after his ill timed Wedding and honeymoon. You play football for a living and as such should of got married in the summer, many clubs would of sacked you for not doing this. So You Owe Us Big Time
It is not all doom and gloom though and despite drawing again in a league that seems very even from all of the general results we deserved at least the draw and all for a bit of luck that doesn't seem to be going our way we could of again snatched the game with the last kick of the game.
It will all come good,I am sure but midtable at best is the achievable goal at the current level of football.

Onto Manchester we roll.
